Melvin Cloud was born in Ft Benning Georgia and grew up in Columbus, GA. After high school he attended Tuskegee Institute earning a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1984. As a Distinguished Graduate of the Air Force ROTC program, he was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the US Air Force in 1984. Melvin also holds a Master of Science in Space Studies from the University of North Dakota. His fraternal duties have included Chapter Sergeant-at-Arms, Director of Education, Vice President, and President. He is employed as a Systems Engineer with the MITRE Corporation.

Greta J. Thompson was born and raised in Danville, VA. She attended Old Dominion University where she graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration majoring in Finance. She was initiated into the Kappa Gamma Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated in Spring 1992. She is a charter member of Psi Psi Omega Chapter in Stafford, VA and has served on numerous committees in addition to serving as the Financial Secretary for many years.

Born in Bethesda MD and raised in Woodbridge VA where he attended Gar-Field Senior High School.  He served in the US Navy, as an Operation Specialist.  He attended Strayer University where he received in Bachelor of Science in 2003 and obtained his Master of Science in Information Systems Concentration in Computer Security Management in 2013.  Darrell Williams works as a Senior Freedom of Information Policy Officer for the Chief Management Office, Department of Defense.

Colonel (Retired) Eddie A. Stephens, Jr. is Basileus (President) of the Pi Lambda Lambda (PLL) chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated serving Prince William County and surrounding communities. Director Stephens, a native of Bessemer, Alabama, was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army as a Distinguished Military Graduate from Tuskegee Institute, Alabama in 1980 after receiving his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He holds a Master’s Degree in Administration from Central Michigan University, Mount Pleasant, Michigan and a Master’s Degree in National Resource Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces (ICAF) at the National Defense University, Washington, D.C. He retired from the U.S. Army as a Colonel with over 31 years of service.

A native of Utica, New York, Ms. Jackson earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Hampton University. She has received numerous awards from the County for leadership, teamwork and performance. She is a Charter Member of the Prince William County National Coalition of 100 Black Women and a long-time member in the Northern Virginia Hampton Alumni Association. She is a member of the First Mount Zion Baptist Church of Dumfries, Virginia. She enjoys cooking, traveling, reading and bowling in her free time.

Ms. Jackson has spent her career working for Fairfax County Government. She currently serves as the Financial Specialist/Procurement Manager for the Department of Land Development Services. She assists in managing a $28.4 million budget. She is called upon by the Department head and Land Development Service’s Directors, for current and historical workload data. She also conducts benchmarking analysis with other jurisdictions; and, serves as contact/resource for outside entities seeking statistical data.

Dion K. Coward was born in Prince Georges County, Maryland growing up in the city of Oxon Hill.  For his high school years, he moved to Eastern North Carolina to pursue the excitment of high school football in coastal part of the state.  After high school he attended Prince Georges Community College and shortly after enrolled at North Carolina A&T State University.  It is at A&T where he became a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. through the Eta Chapter in the year 2000.  He served as 1st Vice President of the Eta Chapter and guided the Spring 2002 membership class.  He is a Charter member of the Omicron Zeta Sigma Chapter and has served the postions of Director of Publicity, Webmaster, Treasurer, and 1st Vice President.  He has also served as the Area Deputy Director of Northern Virginia for the Eastern Region of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.

Carolyn Everett became a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated Fall’ 82 at Jackson State University, Lambda Beta Chapter in Jackson Mississippi. She earned her BS. Degree in Education at Jackson State University, Jackson Mississippi and master’s degree in Education at Louis University, Chicago, Illinois. She is a 6th Social Studies Teacher at George Hampton Middle School, Woodbridge, Virginia. When she is not working she enjoys teaching group exercise classes, shopping and making jewelry. She is also a charter member of Phi Kappa Zeta Chapter of Woodbridge.

Loleta L Parker serves as the basileus for Psi Omicron Zeta in Manassas, Va. She is a charter member of Psi Omicron Zeta.  She attended St. Paul’s college in Lawrenceville, Va where she earned a BS in Mathematics.  She was initiated into Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated in Fall 1998 through Sigma Lambda Chapter. Since her initiation she has served in many Regions, on both State and Local level and numerous committees.

Soror Parker is married with three children.  She is an active duty service member currently stationed at the Pentagon.

Jackquline May serves as Basilues of her local Chapter the Iota Epsilon Sigma Alumnae Chapter Northern Viriginia of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc and she serves on several committees on the Regional and National level in her sorority.. She is orginally from Pascagoula, MS. After graduating high school, she enlisted into US Navy were she served for 8 years as an Electronic Technican. Jackquline holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the Unviersity of Southern Mississippi.and a MS in Engineering Managment. She currently works for the Federal Aviation Adminstration as a WAAS Operator. In addition to her sorority affiliation, she is a member of National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), Federal Aviation of Women (FEW), and National Association of Parliamentarian (NAP) were she is a Registered Parliamentarian and the president of the Marion J. Martin Blue and Gold Gravel Electronic Unit (MJMBGGEU) of Parliamentarian. Jackquline is also an active member of her church were she serves as the National President of their youth ministry.
