Prince William-Stafford Chapter

Scholarship Program

Jermaine Jackson, Ph.D. Scholarship

The Jermaine Jackson, Ph.D. Scholarship Program was established in 2021 in honor of the first President of the Prince William and Stafford County of the National Pan-Hellenic Council (PWSC-NPHC). As the Inaugural President of the PWSC-NPHC he ensured the maturity of the council by selecting its initial officers, establishing financial stability, and led community action events that provided quality of life in Prince William and Stafford County residents. Scholarships are awarded to graduating seniors in the Prince William County, Manassas, Manassas Park, and the Stafford schools. The purpose of the scholarship is to offer financial assistance to deserving high school graduating seniors based off their academic excellence, contributions to their school and community and financial need.
